Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use MeowTXT for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

Service Description

MeowTXT provides audio and video transcription services using artificial intelligence technology.

Payment Terms

Our services operate on a pay-as-you-go model. You will be charged only for the minutes you use.

Subscription Refund Policy

We offer prorated refunds for subscription plans based on unused credits. Since we allocate GPU resources and process your files immediately upon subscription activation, refunds are calculated based on the remaining unused credits in your account. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. To request a refund, please contact us at support@meowtxt.com with your account details. Refunds are only available for subscription fees and do not apply to pay-as-you-go credits or one-time purchases. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, and refunds will be calculated based on unused credits at the time of cancellation.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MeowTXT be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services.
